It's Going to be a Long Day!

It's a holiday. My daughter woke up past 8 in the morning. My husband headed out early to fix some documents as he will start working in a new company next week. I can't thank God enough for this blessing. A little later, my daughter and I will play badminton. I have to be more active as my glucose is slightly elevated in the past two days. Last night, one hour after meal, my glucose was 185, two hours later, it was 137. Sending good vibes to everyone!!!
