Potato pakodas

Pakodas can be made with so many things such as onion rings, capsicum strips, even prawns. They are dipped in gram flour batter that has salt and chilli powder, and deep fried They taste good dipped in tomato ketchup
It is pouring here at the moment what better way than quickly make some potato pakodas and have them with hot tea in the comforts of one's home!!!!.

Nowadays I notice adapting is the name of the game (lol) Peanut butter with honey was nevere in my diet until I picked it up from here.

I haven't made this kind of food with potatoes yet.

This is one of our simplest foods Scrape off the skin slice them dip them in gram flour batter and deep fry. Saw? Simple (lol)

Never heard of them but they do sound good, Only thing is that when I get groceries I buy frozen ready made potostoes like French fries and Tater Tots,

Sliced Aubergines could be just fried that are marinated in salt and then make a coconut juice curry.
