Pakodas can be made with so many things such as onion rings, capsicum strips, even prawns. They are dipped in gram flour batter that has salt and chilli powder, and deep fried They taste good dipped in tomato ketchup It is pouring here at the moment what better way than quickly make some potato pakodas and have them with hot tea in the comforts of one's home!!!!. It's pouring here too, and there's nothing quite like enjoying some hot potato pakodas with a steaming cup of tea while staying cozy indoors. The combination of the crispy pakodas and the warmth of the tea is simply unbeatable.

I haven't made this kind of food with potatoes yet. I feel like I don't have the patience to make complex foods. Most of the time, I make very simple foods. But seeing the food you make, it really attracts me

If you do not like it to be spicy you can avoid chili powder.

They are a quick tasty snack my wife makes from time to time too. Potato or aubergine are our favourites.

Sliced Aubergines could be just fried that are marinated in salt and then make a coconut juice curry.
