Been thinking about buying one of those done-for-you 20 dollar eCommerce stores, but.. I need to do a bit more research, regarding, the platform.
Has anyone here on myLot tried the 20 dollar done-for-you deal, advertised on social media? If so, can you share your thoughts about it? That would be great!

You need to understand what's they are selling and what's your target market. You need to draw a business plan and think about best case, average case and worst case. Consider the ROI and all. after these, a decision can be made

Without more details it's hard to offer any help. My first thought, though, is that things like this accomplish two things. It makes a person FEEL like they have their own business when the reality is that they don't own anything. And two, the only people who make money are the ones who sponsor the "independent contractor," which is essentially what you wind up being.
It's like Avon, Shaklee, Mary Kay and things like that. When you look at who gets rich with those businesses, it's not the people selling the products. It's the people running the company. But again, whenever someone becomes a "representative," suddenly they think they are a business owner.
It's one of the biggest scams in the world 99.9% of the time.
Even if you buy into a franchise, you at least own the underlying business and actually own something and are actually "in business."
