How to heal toothache?

I can't remember when my teeth turned sick,maybe it started from 6 years old. When i was a child,i was born in a psychotic peasant family,i loved to eat candies,so my parents bought a lot of candies as my snacks.They never told me to protect my teeth or brush my teeth.So my teeth turned bad. At every summer,i'll be haunted by aphtha,toothache and sunstroke.after all,toothache is worst,it hurts your nerve,corrodes you gum.I'll try many ways to alleviate it,like gargle with alcohol,eat painkiller,chew the ginger or mint leaves.Basically it will cure after few days. But from June 1 to now,my toothache always tortures me.It's not serious,but i still feel a light pain.My final method is placing the aspirin against my bad gum over 5 minutes,and do it 3 times,then i'll be cured.But this time,i don't do it,because i can't found aspirin.So the pain still troubles me. Surely,i still have another ways,like watch the news or videos to distract my attention,drink the hot tea,rinse my teeth with warm and salty water. Among the toothache,i'll try to eat the light food like Cucumber,Eggplant or Fried eggs.I guess now i feel better than 1st June. Maybe you'll ask why i don't ask help from dentist,because i'm poor,And dentist have told me that my wisdom tooth has become a black hole,it's impossible to pull it out.That's why i'll be haunted by toothache every summer.That bad wisdom tooth has tortured me over 26 years.so i seldom taste sweet and cold food since i accepted a dental surgery when i was 16 years old.I guess i'll learn to fit it,just wish this awful and nightmare pain can leave me away soon.
