How have you been sleeping?

I have no idea what the deal is, but the last five days have been full of quality sleep. I’m falling asleep early in the night, and sleeping all the way through. The other day I even got a three hour nap; but I’m not a napper. I guess I needed it, and didn’t know it.
How is your sleeping situation?

@SIDIKIMPOLE What kind of heavy meals? Sometimes I think maybe I am eating too heavy .

As long as I can get 4-5 hours to sleep I consider I am sleeping well

Yes that is enough sleep. Though I prefer 6-8 hours of sleep and 8-12 hours of work

I'm up all night and occasionally will fall asleep for an hour or so. I hate that I can't nap. Have a good week.

Could be better..It took a long time to get to sleep last night then after Nico got me up somewhere around 5 took a long time to go back to sleep again..then when I finally did.. I woke up later which was a bit annoying.

Could be better. Could be worse. Either way I'm not really complaining. I have better days, but I'm consistantly getting four to five hours, so I 'll take it.

Oh, i'm having a hard time going to sleep early lately. I usually got 8 hrs of sleep but lately it's only 4-5 hrs only.

I do not sleep really great.
I seem to fall off to sleep much better than I ever have before, but I wake roughly at the same time each night. I usually get up and use the bathroom and try to settle back into sleep, but that takes me a while.
It is great that you are getting lots of quality sleep, day and night time.

Lately, I have been sleeping very well. I guess the cooling fan blowing on me all night is doing its job, It was funny I had a nap today and was going to nap just for a bit more when a voice said to me Go, Whoever it was, was encouraging me to get up and back to my PC,

I am up almost all night. I might fall asleep for an hour or two but not continuous. I also can’t nap even if I try. In a 24 hour period I might get a total of three hours all together.

As you know, I pretended to be Wonder Woman for way too long and had to change my ways and take time to sleep. My bed felt so, so good… I am making every effort to reform my poor sleeping schedule. I’m so glad for you that you are resting. I know it can be so hard sometimes.

if i am not jinxing myself, it is okay. i usually go at the same time. last night, i went 30 minutes later but i still fell asleep, which is great. in the morning, i was more sleepy but morning was so fresh so, that could be additional factor too.

Perhaps, you have been tired for long and your body decided to take the break. Even if otherwise, getting quality sleep is great. It is a blessing. Well, I am getting 7 hour sleep but then at times when I wake up, I do feel more sleepy. Very rare , I do have a nap. However, it does impact my night sleep. Overall,the sleep quality is ok. Thanks for sharing!
