Hello everyone! I have been gone again.. why? well I am not feeling well right now. its this sickness again which I hate. I can't do my workouts.. because I can't even move... I did this discussion in my phone but not really on my phone always as it makes me dizzy.. I have sore throat and cough and cold and fever.. yea a lot.. so yea hope to be back.. hope yall good

I'm sorry, buddy. I wish I knew what was causing your problems. I hope you feel better quickly. From your description, I'd guess you caught the flu. Drink lots of water and stay in bed... If you have some fever reduction meds, take some of those for the fever and to help with muscle aches.

Hi Sam. Hope that it was a flu that has gone by now. Take good care of yourself. This nasty flu can actually leave you energy deprived for some time after it is gone. Drink lot of fluids.
