I woke up with an awful pain in my lower back. I think it is due to the storms on yesterday, and last night. I've been up for awhile, took a muscle relaxer. Don't plan on going out until late noon. I hope by then the pain will be gone, or lessened a lot more than it is right now. Soon, I'll go watch the morning news to see what the weather will be like. Don't want to get caught off like I did yesterday, and barely made it home.

Oh, no! I'm sorry you've got a back ache! I hate it when that happens! Sometimes when I'm sitting on my bed and I twist myself funny I get a sharp pain in my side and it's not pleasant!
I hope your back ache is feeling better soon.

Did you take the help of a doctor?? There are pills available in the market.These are the medicines that can relieve you of your pain.

Yeah, I took it from the doctor. I also used some Tiger Balm that helped a lot.
