We went to the big Tesco again today. (Well, yesterday actually, as it's after midnight!) We have an ants nest in our hallway near the door. Our gardener pointed the ants out to us because they were all round the front of the house and then we found out the ants nest was in our hallway near the door! So I said to my Mum we could look for some ant killer when we were in Tesco. I got rid of the soft plastic recycle as usual. One lift was working today so we went up on that. Then we got some flowers and I went to look at the magazines but there was nothing of interest there today so I went and got my bottle of water and 3 prawn layered salads. My Mum went and got some multivitamins and I got some MenoHerb, then I went and got some pads for my Mum. Then we went to the fruit and veg section and I got some strawberries and red grapes for my Mum and pomegranate seeds, blueberries, spring onions and a red pepper for me. Then I went round the other side and got some easy peelers for my Mum and a lemon for me. Mum got some bananas. Then I went and got 2 pots of edamane beans. Next I went and got my yoghurts and Mum's milk. Then we went to the cheese isle, but we didn't want cheese. My Mum got some little pork pies and some savoury egg things. Then we got some lurpak lighter. After that we went to the vegan and ready meals isle. A chap I know from church, who is a half cast fella, was there and he said, You used to go to that church didn't you? New life church. Yes, Life church, I said, Still do. Then he said I never forget a face. He said if I knew you at school and I saw you in the street I'd remember you. I'd be good on Crime Watch, he said, because I never forget a face. I started laughing and he said, It's not funny, but I couldn't help laughing. I tried to stop myself from laughing but it was very hard! I was just wishing he'd shut up! My Mum was coming up the isle but by the time she got to me he'd gone. She said I was going to have a chat with him, but then he'd gone. Anyway I got my Fridge Raiders plant based bites and Mum got her ready meals and then we went to the sauces isle and I got some olive oil and some sesame oil. Mum got some sea food sauce. Then I went to look for some tamari soy sauce and some udon noodles. But we had trouble finding them because of Tesco moving stuff round. I eventually managed to find the udon noodles but I couldn't find any tamari soy sauce. Where it usually is, next to the Japanese White Wine vinegar, there was some kind of tofu thing. There didn't even seem to be room for the tamari soy sauce. I looked in other places for it, but to no avail. I saw other basic soy sauce but not the tamari. I don't really like getting the basic soy sauce because I think it's got too much salt and stuff in it. Anyway I had to leave that. I might see if I can find some on Amazon. Anyway, then we went and got some cockles for Syd. (Yeugh ) Then my Mum wanted me to get 6 sliced white rolls (Warbertons) but I couldn't find any of those either! They usually have loads of them. So we had to leave those too. Then we went to the cakes. My Mum got some pastry like things from the fresh bakery section, and then she went and got some Mr Kipling cakes and a coffee cake. I got some of my little vegan cakes. Then I got some maple syrup to put on my porridge. After that we went and got some crisps and then I got my Matcha green tea T-bags and some Love, Corn. My Mum got some wagon wheels and ginger biscuits for Syd. Then I went and got my porridge oats and some Alpen with no added sugar. I got the last blue box of Alpen. Next we went to the frozen section and I got my vegan magnum ice lollies, some frozen prawns and some salmon chunks. My Mum got some chicken pies and some garlic bread. While she was still looking at the party food I went and got some washing up liquid and came back with it, and then I went and found some ant killer. I found it by the bin liners. There was some in a spray and some in powder but Mum wanted the powder version so I got that. Then we went to pay. I got my Mum to stand at the end of the conveyor again to stop anyone else starting to put their stuff on before we'd finished. When everything was on my Mum went and sat on a bench. It came to just over £140 I think. After that I went and swapped my book at the Tesco book swap. Then it was time to go home. I put a spent battery in the battery tub where you put your spent batteries, and then we made our way to the one functioning lift. Syd was there waiting when we got into the undercover car park. We put the groceries in the boot of the car, and went home! When we got home I tried to avoid the ants nest! I went to the toilet, and then we unpacked the groceries and put them away. Then I had my dinner and watched some telly. What did you lot get up to today? I hope you are all well. Have a great night.

@sharonelton Oh really Sharon, yesterday was an important day for me. I've a few key works lined up. And I could do a couple of them. Though, incomplete right now, I hope to see them through soon. And thank you. Thank you for wishing. I do need lots of good wishes from everyone.

I have read a lot today, taken two good walks, and been on and off the phone.

@sharonelton It’s bad when supermarkets re-locate produce. We bought paint samples for the hall walls today. We are useless at deciding. I’m now trying to decide what to cook for dinner tomorrow night. Running out of ideas.

Oh, tell me about it! The other customers must have thought I was a bit strange standing there looking lost because I couldn't find what I wanted! I hope you can decide which paint you want to use. I'm sure it tasted great whatever you did!

I don't think I've ever had cockles.

I haven't either. I don't like the sound of them. I think they're disgusting!
