Not Taking Any Chances

I noticed my back has began to a he again. I suppose just sitting in a chair for a long while. Well, tonight I put my massager on my bed, rubbed my back with Tiger Balm, and lay on it. Won't dare take a chance of being in so much pain as I was Monday. Don't know why I didn't think about it then. But I sure thought about it tonight. The massager really makes my back feel good. Hope I have good night, and wish you all the same.

So sorry about your back pain. I had similar back problem and caused sciatica pain bedridden for 3 months (Nov-Feb). Until, my nephew from USA called. He and my husband got to talk about a TENS device called NeuroMD because my nephew had sciatica pain. Hubby ordered NeuroMD and arrived end of Feb.
