I did not get my hug today!

My friend Ava was sick today and did not make it to her piano lesson.
I gave some good lessons, but missed my weekly hug.
I made some real progress with a student named Adam, who is learning the blues in E with me on guitar.
I encouraged him to listen to some Muddy Waters and B.B. King.
I am done with "obligations" for today and will now settle in to relaxation mode.
Should I go to the pool and try to "exercise" my damaged knee? That is my biggest question.
I am able to walk short distances without crutches now. But it hurts.
I hope your Saturday has been good.

The pool will probably make it feel better.
I just stopped by to help you out with the hug.

@MarieCoyle I will discuss it with my doctors next week. A brief telephone consultation this morning revealed that it is OK for me to do some leg flexes in the pool.

I hope your knee has improved. Are you to go back to the doctor,or have any procedures done to repair your knee?

It would be good to try and exersies it. Water is often a safe way to use muscles while protecting joints. Just don't over do it.

@kaylachan Thanks. I wound up talking to my brother (he's near Boston) on the phone this afternoon. I will visit the pool tomorrow.

I didn't get mauled, I mean hugged, today either which was a good thing as I managed to get all of today's work done uninterrupted.

I would go to the pool and "Exercise" the bad knee so you can make a speedy recovery.

@TheHorse That is a good idea not to overdo any exercise. Just loosen up the body muscles.

The pool will be good for you and will lessen the inflammation.

Should you walk? one thing is to exercise your damaged knee in a pool and quite another to start a marathon.
