A Happy Ending for Two Lions

I found this story very heartwarming. Two lions were found roaming the streets in 2022. Nikola was malnourished and dehydrated in Montenegro. Vasylyna was found in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine in need of help. Both were taken to the Felida Big Cat Sanctuary in the Netherlands and the two big cats bonded. Their names now are Vasylyna and Nikolyna. Both of the lions now enjoy the South African sun, They have found a forever home that is run by the animal welfare group Four Paws and live at the Lionsrock Sanctuary. I tell you that photo brings tears to my eyes
