Just Another Day With Common Sense on Facebook

I often find myself shaking my head when I see on Facebook groups, all these questions that seem to lack common sense. It feels like for some people, common sense isn't so common. "Don't ask silly questions if you don't want to get snarky answers!" Since we can't expect everyone on social media to be patient or tolerant, some people respond rudely instead of just ignoring such questions. Geez, I just could never! These useless or common sense queries can sometimes be too much. Are they serious or what? And what more is how some people, instead of answering respectfully or simply scrolling past, seem to take pleasure in making others feel stupid for asking such questions. It’s like they have too much time on their hands and enjoy putting others down. Soooo blatantly harsh lol Nah, whatever. Some people simply needs to move on, while those who seem silly needs a little more thought before asking.

Truth said! Imagine how people can quickly judge anything just by a single photo and caption as if they have known you all your life. The bullying, the judgment, unsolicited opinions has just become too much. Everyone just have a say about everything and its not always positive.

It is embarassing how rude people are on social media when they could just as easily say nothing or say things in a nice way. They think having a computer in front of them give them permission to "let loose.:

So true! It seems they have the guts to say anything just because they do it behind a computer and they can't be held accountable of what they say and so some rude people just bash or humiliate unashamedly and blatantly.

Well, I see many queries on Quora that sound very stupid and lacking common sense to me. But I see a lot of people responding to it, some in a very polite and respectful manner while some like bullies and troll. I would just scroll and ignore those questions. I will not be hurtful to anyone. I admire those who take their patience and time to reply to them.

I'm not one of those to take time and patience to answer such questions much more to reply just to shame or laugh at them. That's not my thing and its just a waste of my precious time and energy. Besides, why choose to be unkind and harsh with your words when you can be kinder by shutting your mouth when you have nothing good to say. I just scroll past it and shake my head lol. Some people just love to engage and take things on social media so seriously. Maybe that is why I spend less and less time on social media haha. Aside from nonsensical questions, so much bullying and judgment. Its like people always have something to say about everything all the f@c*k*n' time.

@pitsipeahie I totally agree there with you. I would rather shut my mouth than to hurt someone. I am not much into social media. I don't find them much worth of my time. I would rather use my time in a better way somewhere else.
