Day 187 – Not Guilty Deuteronomy 21:1 “If you find a slain man, lying in the field in the land which JEHOVAH your Elohiym gives you to possess, and no one knows who killed him, 2 then your elders and your judges will go out and measure the distance from the slain man to the surrounding cities. 3 The elders of the city nearest to the slain man will take a heifer which neither worked nor pulled with a yoke. 4 The elders will bring the heifer down to an unplowed and unsown valley with flowing water, and they will break the heifer’s neck in the valley. 5 Then the priests, the sons of Levi, will come near, for JEHOVAH your Elohiym chose them to minister to Him and to bless in the name of JEHOVAH; by their word they will settle every controversy and every assault. 6 The elders of the city nearest to the slain man will wash their hands over the heifer whose neck they broke in the valley. 7 Then they will answer and say, ‘Our hands did not shed this blood, nor did our eyes see it. 8 Provide atonement, O JEHOVAH, for Your people Israel, whom You redeemed, and do not lay innocent blood to the charge of Your people Israel.’ He will provide atonement on their behalf for the blood. 9 In this way you will put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you when you do right in the sight of JEHOVAH. 10 “When you go out to war against your enemies, and JEHOVAH your Elohiym delivers them into your hand, and you take them captive, 11 and you see among the captives a beautiful woman, and desire her and would take her for your wife, 12 then you will bring her home to your house, and she will shave her head and trim her nails. 13 She will take off the clothes of her captivity, remain in your house, and mourn her father and her mother for a full month; after that you may go in to her and be her husband, and she will be your wife. 14 It will happen, if you have no delight in her, then you will set her free, but you will not sell her for money; you will not treat her brutally, because you humbled her. 15 “If a man has two wives, one loved and the other unloved, and they have borne him children, both the loved and the unloved, and if the firstborn son is of her who is unloved, 16 then it will happen, on the day he bequeaths his possessions to his sons, that he must not bestow firstborn status on the son of the loved wife in preference to the son of the unloved, the true firstborn. 17 Instead, he will acknowledge the son of the unloved wife as the firstborn by giving him a double portion of everything he has, for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn belongs to him. 18 “If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and who, when they chastened him, will not heed them, 19 then his father and his mother will take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his city, to the gate of his city. 20 They will tell the elders of his city, ‘This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious; he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton and a drunkard.’ 21 Then the men of his city will stone him to death with stones; you will put away the evil from among you, and Israel will hear and fear. 22 “If a man committed a sin deserving of death, and you hang him on a tree, 23 his body will not remain overnight on the tree, but you will bury him that day, so you do not defile the land which JEHOVAH your Elohiym gives you as an inheritance; for Elohiym cursed him who hangs on the tree. God’s names: JEHOVAH – Self-existent, Eternal Elohiym – Supreme God Theos – Supreme Divinity Yeshuwa – Jesus Iesous – Jesus Christos – Anointed One, Messiah Kurios – Supreme Authority, Lord Hagios Pneuma – Sacred, Holy, Breath, Spirit Mashiach – Savior God’s character: Judge Merciful We have laws for our benefit to teach us right from wrong. When someone violates one of the laws, they must appear before a jury of their peers who will determine the innocence or guilt of the person who committed the crime. Then the judge will sentence the guilty person. For an unsolved crime, the crime remains on the books until they can find the guilty person. Moses gave Israel a series of laws from JEHOVAH. One for an unsolved crime, one for marriage to a captured woman during war, one for the inheritance of the son of an unloved wife, one for stubborn and unruly children, and one for the person hung on a tree. When you accepted Yeshuwa as Mashiach and Kurios, Satan came against you to accuse you of every sin you committed since you were born. With him there are no unsolved crimes. He knows everything you did and brings it to JEHOVAH’S attention. You are the bride of Christos, yet Satan makes you feel unworthy. He lays every sin before Elohiym. However, Elohiym cannot see your sin because your advocate, Iesous Christos stands in your stead, proclaiming you not guilty because of the blood He shed for you on the cross. His blood covers you, so that the Father cannot see your sin. As Judge, JEHOVAH must find you not guilty of every crime Satan brings against you. You are a child of Elohiym. Satan will point out your stubborn and rebellious nature, intending to see you destroyed by Elohiym. However, Yeshuwa’s blood covers you. You are a joint heir with Yeshuwa. Your name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. When Theos looks for your name, He will find it, and declare you not guilty. Revelation 12:10 Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, strength, the kingdom of our Theos, and the power of His Christos have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our Theos, day and night, has been cast down. 11 They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. Revelation 3:5 “He who overcomes will be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels. Revelation 19:7 “Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” 8 To her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. 9 Then he said to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!’” He said to me, “These are the true sayings of God.” JEHOVAH Elohiym caused Yeshuwa to die on the cross for your sin so you could accept Him as Mashiach and Kurios. Yeshuwa took the curse laid on you and nailed it to the cross. When you accept Him as Mashiach and Kurios, Satan cannot bring an accusation against you. Paul in his letter to the Galatians, said this: Galatians 3:1 O foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you that you should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Iesous Christos was clearly portrayed among you as crucified? 2 This is the only thing I want to learn from you: Did you receive the Pneuma by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? 3 Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Pneuma, are you now being made perfect by the flesh? 4 Have you suffered so many things in vain—if indeed it was in vain? 5 Therefore, He who supplies the Pneuma to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? — 6 just as Abraham “believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” 7 Therefore, know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham. 8 The Scripture, foreseeing that Theos would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, “In you all the nations will be blessed.” 9 So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham. 10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things written in the book of the law, to do them.” 11 No one is justified by the law in the sight of Theos is evident, for “the just shall live by faith.” 12 Yet the law is not of faith, but “the man who does them will live by them.” 13 Christos redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), 14 that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christos Iesous, that we might receive the promise of the Pneuma through faith. You are guilty as Satan accused you. However, you stand before Theos not guilty because of the shed blood of Iesous Christos covering you and declaring you not guilty. With the Hagios Pneuma working in you, you can live the life Elohiym ordained for you as the bride of Christos. Let’s pray: Father, thank you that my name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. When Satan comes against me to accuse me of my sin, let me remember I am Your child, covered by the blood of Your Son, and he has no power over me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen. Satan will keep on trying, but we are covered by the blood of Jesus shed for us on the cross.

Straight from the Word of God. We are cursed, if we don't follow all of God's golden rules:) The blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, my only hope in this world!

@kobesbuddy Yes, he will. We always need to be on our guard, sober and vigilant because he is always prowling around.

@just4him And the closer we draw to the Lord, the harder Satan will work to discourage us.
