One thing I didn't mention from yesterday was that I tweaked my medicine and I felt a lot better. I kept feeling light headed like I might pass out and also felt weak unlike myself and it was distressing. I did not know what was causing it. Well, I was reading it could be related to low blood pressure, and although I have the batteries now, I didn't have them for my BP machine for awhile so I didn't know what it was.It has been running a bit low from when I checked it the past few times. I have lost a fairly substantial amount of weight, and don't need the extra pill I think..once I backed off on that everything was fine.

@grenery8 Yeah, I know. It was happening alot. when it was so hot, and I was kind of blaming it on the weather but it was still happening after the heat so I knew I had to do something different.

Cutting down on medication during and after weight loss is so important, I am glad that you figured what was causing your light-headedness. That must have been frightening. And waaaaay to go on the weight loss.

Thanks, I am not positive, but I did not have the "symptoms"yesterday .so I am strongly hoping that is the only fix that is necessary

Yes, I just hope it lasts. I felt fine today, but I was just in the house and didn't do anything terribly taxing.

Glad that you managed to identify what probably caused the problem.
