Gravity Defying Goats

When I read this I had to share. The goats involved are Alpine Ibex known for their amazing climbing skills. However, would you expect these goats to climb the walls of a dam? This is in the Gran Paradiso National Park, and these goats appear to be defying gravity. They do this because the dam wall provides a rich source of mineral salts and the goats lick the wall to get the mineral they need. Seeing them standing on the dam walls is like seeing magic being performed. All I can say is that happy goats are better than grumpy goats.

@AmbiePam I love seeing goats and would not mind having some since I love goat cheese and the stuff is expensive in stores 
plus they do a real good job on grass. If goats climb small trees in Africa and they can climb that dam I wonder if they would learn to climb the palm trees here

@RasmaSandra Most likely not. I've seen pictures of goats in Alaska. They are on the edge of those cliffs.

I had an experience with a donkey when we were climbing up where precarious balance was called for and the sure footed donkey did it brilliantly

That's really amazing that they can defy gravity like that! Now that's some incredible agility.
And speaking of gravity, I always joke with people that I would be completely unstoppable if it wasn't for gravity and law enforcement! haha
