In mid-July this month I had the opportunity to climb Mount Ungaran again after not climbing a mountain for 2 years due to foot surgery. My initial plan was to climb with my friend's family who would be camping at the Mawar post, Sidomukti. But there was a change of plan and signal difficulties so they went up first and I eventually caught up. So I climbed the mountain alone from the rose post and met my friend and his family in the area near the peak. I go up and they go down. The most tiring thing about working alone is being alone, having no one to talk to, so every minute is felt. Especially when you're tired and need to rest, you're like a fool. Fortunately, the vegetation is still well maintained so the air is very cool and the bonus is cold winds.

I bet you were excited to get back to your hobby of climbing mountains! I'm sorry your plan didn't pan out to hike with friends, but at least you got to see them, right?
