Should Have Went To Kenton

But my email said I had 2 rolls of hardware cloth ready at Rural King which is in Marion. I found the cage clips that they said they were out of and they had the type of chicks I wanted. So I got those 2 things and headed for the register. Got there and they only had one roll of wire . So the only thing I bought was my cage clips to make sure I have them. I even had them put the chicks back as I could not get any area set up to keep them safe until they get more wire in. I now have it in my cart from another site at the same price. I will place that order soon and I can order my chicks from the hatchery. I only priced fancy goldfish. They want 8 dollars each for them anymore. I don't want them that badly. So no new pets yet. The stub tailed fuzz ball kitten thinks he is a huge mountain lion. He followed me to visit George horse so I picked him up to be safe. When he seen that big head he started hissing and smacking . George horse didn't know what to think of him. Except the trouble at Rural King my shopping day went good. Hope you had a good day.

8$ for fancy goldfish isn't too bad depending on how big they are why not get a 100 gal stock pond to put the chicks in till you get the pen done for them, that's what most folks do with young chicks.

With just one roll of wire I couldn't even get it started. I usually keep them in a tank to start. But by the time I could get more wire from them the chicks would be too big for that even.

@2ndchances24 I can get the breed I want by ordering pretty easy. Plus I can always get adult chickens at the auction then get exactly what I want next year.

You'll have to give that kitten a name. George would have seemed huge to him.

We usually call him fuzz ball. I would like to get him a home but no one seems interested.

@JudyEv I don't need more. Especially males that fight and run each other off

They had the buff opingtons in yesterday. But chicks grow so fast I need to have a good start on the setup and couldn't get that started before they would have been big enough to go outside.
