Hey, I 'm alive and relatively well. Our internet has been down for three weeks and the tech isn't coming out for two more weeks. I hate Brightspeed.
It's been a nightmare dealing with them. It's their equipment that's the problem, but they're the only game in town.
So I have to use my cell fo everything
(thank goodness for unlimited data.)
I'm still in this nausea/losing weight/can't eat drama. I've had tons of labs and scans and I'm so thankful they were all normal, but I can't keep on like this.
The stange thing is I can eat some things in small amounts, then I can't get down a bite of the same thing.
I have some kind of MRI scheduled coming up in a couple of weeks (looks into gastric issues in more detail), so maybe that will show something that can be fixed.
Hope all of you are well...take care of yourselves.

@1creekgirl I haven’t posted much of anything really. My dad’s appointment for the tremors is this Wednesday, so we’ll know more then.

God has brought me through worse than this and I know He always will! You know how very much your prayers mean to me.
How are you feeling? How's your dad? I'll look up some of your posts that I've missed.

Julia, it means the world to know we're missed by friends, doesn't it? Hope you and all your family are well.

@1creekgirl I can relate.
I love my friends here also.
When someone is missing, it is like a spoke in the wheel gone and the ride is not as smooth or as pleasant. But we hope and we pray and that holds us near and dear to each other during those times.

Glad to know you are alive and relatively well. Internet is a pain.
Two things I could ask you to do...
Don't lie down to sleep after any intake. If you feel drowsy, take a walk. Avoid sitting too after any intake.
Then, try curds and a tablespoon of rice each night, and each morning before any other breakfast or even coffee...not fun in the mornings, let me assure you.
I think it soothes the tummy somewhat.
These measures have helped me. Hope they help you too.
If you experience acute pain...towards right, it could be gall stones. The simple recipe for that is two tablespoons of virgin olive oil, each morning before even your cup of coffee. 15 days ...just 15 days will stop that pain and reduce that vomiting sensation.

Thanks, Vanny for all the helpful advice! One thing I can rule out is my gall bladder was removed years ago. I'm on a new medicine that seems to be helping.

I'm glad you're back. We were all worried about you. Is it possible that your eating problem could be neurological? I had the same problem after a trauma that I experienced; and it was an imbalance in my brain chemistry. Just a thought. Try and have a good day.

I had wondered about that, but this new med seems to be helping a lot. I pray it continues!
Any good news from your way? Praying for you both.

That must be so frustrating both the internet and the food. Can you get Viasat? I had them before I got my new broadband. They are expensive but the coverage is good, and internet fast.

Sorry about the internet issues. More sorry about the stomach issues. I’m thankful to hear the tests have all been normal/negative, but still, what a problem! Praying for you!

@1creekgirl That condition sounds miserable but you don’t! I do hope the MRI identifies something fixable.
