Praying and Hoping

Today is the day of my fiancé's scheduled surgery. I’m feeling quite anxious, and it’s been hard to focus on work since yesterday because my mind keeps drifting to his surgery. I wish I could be there by his side, but because our visa processing didn’t go as quickly as hoped, we have to be patient and wait until we can be together. I’ve been trying to stay up late to talk to him, and this morning, he still seemed sad and nervous. If it weren’t for my classes, I’d spend more time talking to him to help him feel that I’m always with him, even from afar. His sister is with him now, and they’re heading to the hospital. She has my number and will call me before and after the surgery. I’m hoping and praying that everything goes well and that we’ll be together soon.

Heavenly Father, thank you for loving @annierose and her husband. Lord, I ask for your protection over him. Guide the surgeons hands as only you can. Give them both your peace through this Lord, touch them Father and bless them. Give them your angels to help them through this difficult time. I thank you and praise you for answering my prayers!
