At present, I am surrounded with lush green trees and I am always happy to being here because of greenery and birds. In between it was raining every day, and whenever I look at the another window side I always saw a single common myna day and night sitting or sleeping near the window net. And, it continued for a few weeks. By seeing the single bird, I started to wonder, why are you single?, when most of the birds are seen in pairs. And, and to my surprise, this fellow was seen with another one... seems like announcing to me that "Hi, I am not single anymore I have a partner now." Nowadays I hardly see them. so I am assuming this new pair or couple has another place together

It seems most creatures prefer to be in pairs.

It's lovely that you are enjoying nature. The story about the birds is very nice.
Sometimes I see pigeons on the next door neighbour's garage roof. One time I saw a pair of pigeons canoodling, and then the one got on top of the other! .... But this other pigeon took exception to that and flew over and split them up! He stood inbetween them and if either of the pigeons tried to come closer to the other, this third pigeon would sidle up to him and shoo him away!

Nature is really amazing to be observed. Sometimes I wonder whether they were also observing us!
Perhaps jealousy or securing it's own mate because it seems among the birds also cheater exist

@psanasangma Yes, it is. I like seeing foxes and squirrels in our backgarden.
Probably jealousy! He really wasn't having it! And it wasn't like he was making advances to the other pigeon himself!

That is great that the bird had another bird and was a pair of birds.
