Of course, I don't make mine exactly according to the recipe, but it is still delicious, and I have not had it in a while. I was reminded of it from reading another post here wherein someone mentioned it and I was like, "Oh yeah. I'd forgotten about that dish." Just another fun and useful part of our myLot experience here. I'd just have to get sour cream and boneless, skinless chicken breast which I just so happen not to have any of in the house. But I plan on going to Walmart later anyway, so I might just get what I need and make it tonight for dinner.

@porwest My husband doesn't like chicken that much, and only eats white meat. This should work though!

@kareng What I have found, is the best way to do them, is to marinate them and then cook them slowly on the grill to about 160 degrees and then they turn out rather good.

I decided not to go to Walmart after all, so the dish is on the list. Tonight, I am going to make baked chicken thighs and fried potatoes, and I haven't figured out the veggie yet.

It does kinda, actually, doesn't it? lol. It's just cooked, diced chicken, linguine noodles, sour cream, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, butter, and Parmesan plopped into a casserole dish and baked. But it's very good and creamy.

Gee, I thought my mentioning about Petey cat and I sharing baked chicken for lunch got you started. Just Saturday he managed to eat 2/3rd's of my chicken for his lunch. He was so happy and full and staggered off to the bedroom to nap on the bed, very happily. I didn't see him again until around 6:30 p.m. when I was going to fix my TV dinner to make up for not getting to eat much chicken for lunch.
