Yes, my little quack heads, the quackers, and the Quackin are all affectionate names for my little ducks. They are such good layers and lay big beautiful eggs. They are easy going, give them a kitty pool and feed them they are happy little fellows. I have Runners, white layers, khaki campbells, habrids, and Rouens.
In the morning they greet me with happy quacks, I say "are my little Quackers ready to play? Go, go , go! they fall into a Quack line and head to their day pen, where they play all day. At night I tell them " all good quackers should be in bed" Go to bed!" Again, they fall in line like a little duck Army and head to their night pen.
I'll tell you about the chickens next time, they are NOT my favorite. picture is mine

Sounds cute. My sister's neighbor has ducks. She takes care of them when they are on vacay.
