A man never brushed his teeth

I will post a link here. He used Hydrogen Peroxide instead of brushing his teeth. I think this is very interesting. I will give some examples. When I was a kid I used to brush my teeth a lot. I have never drunk juice. I ate candies very rarely. My brother had a poor oral hygiene. He ate a lot of sweets. He had some dental problems. But I had even more problems. The dentist never believed me when I said that I never drink soda. When I was a kid I didn't have money to buy sweets or soda. And I always thought they were unhealthy. The dentist I visited said that he smokes, he drinks Coke and he didn't take care of his teeth. He had amazing white teeth. And I didn't have good teeth even if I was very careful. My grandparents had all their teeth and they didn't know how to brush their teeth. And I lost them even if I was very careful. Is the dental hygiene so important? Before losing my teeth I brushed them often. And they fell because of cavities. I even had nightmares when I lost my teeth.

Two tablespoons of baking soda mixed with one tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide makes a very good toothpaste. Hydrogen peroxide concentration must be of 3% or less, more can be harmful.

I tried baking soda, but my teeth were too sensitive. I felt intense pain.

Hydrogen peroxide can benefit whiten teeth, it must be used with care and low concentration to avoid damaging the tooth. Baking soda is also effective at whitening and less rasping.

He says that he still has all his teeth. I think diet is the most important thing. My diet was restricted.

This is good. My parents still have their teeth and I lost them. I am a young person, but this doesn't matter.

Everyone is different. Some can do all the right things and have problems while others don't and don't have problems. I personally wouldn't use peroxide but have used baking soda before when brushing my teeth.

I am not the best when it comes to orel hygine. I don't brush my teeth bery often. Even when I did, I still develioped problems later in life. Nothing is perfect. Things can happen. You can do everything by the book and still have problems later in life.

It's true. Some people who don't care so much don't have too many problems. And others have problems even if they try to do everything right.

You know at my age I no longer really care, I have quite a few of my own teeth, some have fallen out, and I probably would need dentures but why pull out useful teeth? So since going to a dentist is very expensive I don't and brush my teeth with Crest and work with what I have,

It's better to keep your natural teeth. With fake ones, different problems appear.
