I'm just about learning how to prepare noodles at home. Though we buy readymade noodles, still we have to prepare them making them worth eating. Preparing noodles at home is latest news from my side And it's making me feel happy. There are still a few more dishes I'll be learning in the next few days.
What dishes can you cook at home? Which dish brings a smile on your face? Which is your favorite one? What is it that you are excited to eat and can't wait?

I can't cook any longer; but when I did I make a lot of different dishes. My favorite was BBQ ribs. Have a good weekend.

Ohhhh you can't cook any longer?? I'm not getting you. But looks like you know how to cook multiple dishes. I don't know why and how it's giving me that intuition. To be honest, I'm not aware of the BBQ ribs that you are talking about. It might be a local dish, I believe. Though, I'll do some searching on the net, to find out what the BBQ ribs is.
In between, you too have a good weekend!

@LindaOHio, Oh ho... I wasn't aware of this thing, Linda, that you couldn't stand up for a long time. I'm feeling so sorry for you I hope you recover from this soon and cook better dishes for you and your family.

Preparing noodles must be one of the easiest things to ‘cook’, as you just need to steep them in boiling water.!
I can cook pretty much anything. I love cooking, and have honed my skills over many years. Very satisfying.

Oh my gosh, after reading your response, I think I shouldn't put of the easiest things to "cook" in the "cooking" category. It just flashed to me, is making noodles "cooking" in the first place??
Yes, you need to boil water, add noodles, a few spices, and you are done. And we get the noodle spices along with the noodle packet too. So it gets even easier to "make" noodles (I won't say "cook" noodles now).

@Orson_Kart, I cannot more than agree with you. Yes, making pasta, noodles, etc isn't exactly "cooking". Cooking involves a lot of steps, a lot of preparation, a lot of skills, etc. Moreover, cooking is one thing where two people can make the same dish with two different tastes. Right? I'm sure you are getting me. I mean to say, it's the skills that can give different taste to the same food.
Pasta, noodles, etc. are the foods that generally don't taste too different except if you add some different ingredients. Otherwise, it's all the same (please correct me if I'm wrong).

@abhi_bangal Yes, cooking noodles is like cooking pasta - very basic. I would say you need to prepare a dish that includes many skills, in preparation and in actual cooking in a pan or oven. Adding the right amount of herbs and spices is also a skill, but once you made a dish a few times, you have learned how and it appears less skilful, but it’s not.

That might be seriously tasting hot and happening, isn't it? I mean, I can imagine the taste by visualizing the ingredients Well, and you cook these things yourself?? Quite good, my friend!

@SIDIKIMPOLE, Oh ho ho man! You are a real family man! That's great to see both you and your wife working hard to support your family. Great to know this!
But she working in another town means you need to do all the cooking. But you might also be working somewhere. Or even if you have a business of your own, it still means you work and cook as well. Salute to you!

I'm also learning how to cook. But I'm not going too deep into that. I mean, even if it's not a full cooking like the traditional Indian lunch or dinner is, I'm just about trying to do stuff that won't keep me hungry.
If you are aware of how a full-fledged Indian cuisine is, you will know that it includes a whole lot of items in your platter. But anyway, I hope you learn something new to cook and serve
