The sun is shining so I´ll get up soon to wash a small load of dark clothes. Then I´ll go to fix my breakfast and then pet Luna. She is waiting for me by the glass door in the terrace.
The weekend was expensive as I went to the beauty parlor and then bought the meat for the BBC. But now I´ll see what I have at home and will try to spend little in food.
I bought some ham and cheese just before I went to Dixie´s and I will make a delicious quiche Lorraine with it. I have all the ingredients.
I also have a piece of roasted meat that Humberto gave me, a leftover from the barbecue. There´s a soup that is done with rests of the meat of a barbecue and full of veggies that we cook here. Leticia was an expert in doing that but I´ll check it online for the recipe. If I find it, I could make a soup and save some servings to leave in the freezer.

I loved the quiche Lorraine but the one I first made with chard was better.
