People who can't be relied on are called a 'Flake'. They may be fun, everyone likes them, but they can't be given even the slightest responsibility because a Flake is.. Flakey. No one asks a Flake to organise anything.. When something needs to be done, the Flake is skipped. The Dog's Body, the Megalomanic, the Martyr, the Somebody, the Drudge, the Willing, will be drafted into the work. For those who are exhausted by all the responsibilities, demands, tasks, think of becoming a Flake.
