Pain, Pain, Go Away!

My late brother-in-law suffered from severe arthritis, so did my late mother. I remember both were always trying different things for relief, but my mom had it harder because she never liked taking prescription drugs. Millions of people the world over suffer from chronic pain - could be headaches, back pain , arthritis, nerve pain, fibromyalgia etc. I do not suffer from any chronic pain but l spend a lot of time surfing the web for anything concerning health and latest findings. Yesterday l noticed this article ( the link is below) . I hope it will help someone who is suffering from that ailment. Pixabay image.

I do have fibromyalgia (caused by traumatic experiences), and arthritis as a result of injuries when I was younger. What 20-something thinks to get something looked at with the thought that the injury could result in arthritis down the road? Yes, my mother had arthritis, and her mother. I can see my fingers starting to turn into the bended branches their's were. And the pain in my fingers/knuckles is not a result of any injury. My sciatica pain is not chronic. It will flair once in a while and stretching helps.

@Kandae11 That is my opinion only. I am not a medical professional. I am just looking at the way my grandmother's hands were and my mother's. I see my hands going that way and both my sisters are the same. It seems pretty obvious to me.

So arthritis could be hereditary as well as a result of injury?
