Gac fruit

This is one of my climbers here in my food forest. This is loaded with lots of antioxidants and vitamin C. It is rich also in lycopene and Beta carotene. Have you tried this?

It grows in the wild but this one I have planted this in my trees to climb.

It grows in the tropics mostly in the wild. But this one is I have already cultivated this in my food forest garden.

It is highly perishable so you cannot find it in the market. You nees to grow this or look in the wild.

It is actually tasteless so you need to mix it in your juices like lemon juice. Yhe immature fruits are also cooked as veggies.
