At Three In The Morning

United States

Usually at that time of morning, I'm asleep. Some reason couldn't that night. But I heard a bird singing and it struck me as strange, I don't know much about birds, but at three in the morning. Still dark outside. Every now and then my mind wonder back to that morning, and wonder about the bird singing at that time of morning. I'm sure others have experienced this, it was just my first time. Have a nice day.

It is strange, usually birds do not sink when it is dark outside, but the Mockingbird does.

@popciclecold In this case it was a Nightingale that tried to attract a female.

I have not experienced this scenario, too. I often see crows in my surrounding every day. Although they are my guide when appearing in front of me out of nowhere. It warns me that something may happen.

@anya12adwi I don't really know birds per day, but I just remember the time was strange.

Once in a great while I will hear a bird in the middle of the night. Usually it's because they are disturbed. Hope you are having a good day.

That’s such a cool experience! Birds singing in the early hours can be pretty mysterious, especially when it’s still dark. It’s interesting how even small moments like that can stick with us

Our magpies sing at night but usually only if it is a moonlit night.
