Unexpected bad weather

The weather has been awful for the last four days. We had already suspended classes for the fourth time, so we also postponed going back to the office and started working from home once more. Thank goodness I lived on the fifth floor, as I am two stories below the roof and therefore do not worry about flooding or roof leaks. Both the weather and my sleep have been pleasant lately, with the recent days being comfortably cool.

A considerable number of areas remain flooded, even though in some places the floods have already decreased.

I am staying in our condo with my wife, and that is true. Since my son was just employed, he is the one who submits reports to his employer.

It would be very inconvenient if the lower floors flooded. I hope the whole building stays safe.

Yes, the rain helps to cool things down a bit. I have slept much better since it started raining.
