Health Matters: A simple change in work habits

A simple change in our work habits can have such a big impact on our overall well-being. A small adjustment that I think can make a big difference in our daily lives is to consider standing, or even stationary cycling while working on the computer. I once spend most of my time sitting while at work, and it's the other way around now. I love what I do but I love moving around more. I already have a stationary bike and it been a while that I was thinking of getting a standing desk. But I'm still looking around, I haven't found the right one yet.

I can't take a stationary bike to work but it is a great idea.
