Good role models are some of the best people to have in one's life.
I was reading recently of a 37 year -old fitness instructor who was influenced by his grandfather.
His 84 year old grandad still does 500 push-ups thrice a week, and his 80 year old nanny walks 2 miles daily.
Bring active as much as possible is a major health tool, and stories like these inspire us to get moving.
Do you exercise?

That's pretty impressive that his grandparents are still active at their ages. I know I don't move as much as I should

Such role models just inspires many. I am sure many mylotters including me have got that story inspiring. To be active in 80s is something most of us desire. While many find excuses to avoid physical workout , we look at these examples to keep us going. Being active is important for both physical and mental aspects. In fact , being active brings in lot of confidence to our minds. I keep time allocated for exericse. I am working towards adding variety and increasing time for physical workout.
