Stay Away from Screen for Better Sleep

I am trying to do this, but I always failed. It is because I am so into using a mobile app that makes me busy lately. Since I started livestreaming with this app last month, I cannot keep my screen out of my sight. By the way, I can also earn from using it. It was my first time to reveal myself in public and make friends from different countries through this. Despite using it, I still sleep like a baby. Perhaps it depends from one person to another.
How about you, guys?

I make sure to take breaks throughout the day. I also have my computer set to reduce blue light at night so I don't get a headache. I also put my devices down at least an hour before I'm ready to sleep.

Actually, it took some time before I decided to do it. I cannot even reveal myself on Youtube and even up to this present. Regardless, I tried this mobile app to experience another option. I agree that we need to consider having enough sleep because we cannot afford to get sick due to weak immune system.
