We all know prolonged inactivity and less exercise could pose several health issues.
With rise of technology, desk jobs and work from home have increased, people are working on desks and beds for extended long hours. Often these leads to decreased overall fitness and weakened muscles. I also see people have decreased walking and prefer cars or taxis. Many of hard work we used to do is now taken up by machines and automation. However, with the hours saved, we are actually ending up taking a sedentary life!
So , do you think advancement of technology is leading us to sedentary lifestyle?

Yes, more physical activities for both kids and adults need to be instituted.

Absolutly! Children play now with tablets instead of runnubg abd kicking a ball. Even love stories start in internet instead of a stroll at a park. And, as you point out, work is more and more a desk job. And on top of all that, the pandemia left many of us crippled by quarantine.
