Do you “stomach” anything because it is healthy?

I drink a protein shake with 30g of protein and a lot of caffeine. It keeps me going for a good five hours (that’s good for me). It’s chocolate, but with 1g of sugar, it’s not the best tasting. I stomach it because I’m desperate for energy (a healthy diet doesn’t alone hasn’t give me a lot of energy).
What do you put up with because it is healthy? Is it a horse pill vitamin, vegetables you hate, or walking 2 miles a day…?
*I’m never going off caffeine; my neurologist said with my migraines it isn’t worth it.

I have some of the bloom greens powder but i've never tasted it. lol i bought it with good intentions.

If it is not tasty, I don't eat it. It is awful to waste calories on something yucky. If I was drinking your shakes I would be tempted to put a drop or two of stevia in them.

Sometimes things I don't like like walking on the treadmill or eating food I am not crazy about because it's healthy.

Migraines will keep me on my caffeine as well, forever. They are so, so much worse without caffeine.
I do admire anyone who can stomach those protein shakes. I honestly cannot. I never used to have texture issues but sometimes, things that are thick like those drinks just will not even go down my throat. They make me gag! I don't know why. I don't honestly like the taste of most of them anyway, so there's that.
I wish I could walk more, but my bum leg has kept me from all of those marathons I could be running right now. I do exercise as much as I possibly can.

It made a huge difference to dump the extra weight. I have kept it off, because I finally realized that I had to change the way I was eating. I am a foodie, and I love to cook. I know I don’t ever want to go back to where I was!! Thank you, Amber.

I'm not in that category to "stomach" anything and everything Though I do like to eat a lot, especially those items that I like the most. But then later I know what happens to me So I make it a point to not overeat and keep things under control for me.

I don't. If I don't like how something tastes, I don't eat or drink it. Pure and simple. I find other ways around it or will eat or drink something else.

I just can't do it. Lol. I hate water because it's tasteless so I add some flavor stuff into it. I know probably not as healthy but hey I'm drinking water!

I have some yogurt and some fruit cups in the fridge, I put yogurt from the cup into a bowl and add the fruit and enjoy that as a snack,

If I didn't have my 2 cups of coffee in the morning I'd probably keel over. I tried those protein shakes but I never found one that tasted good.

I have tried kombucha several times. I tried to change the taste of it with creamer, but I couldn't handle it. I know kombucha is supposed to be good for you, but I just gave up. I do walk around the house because it's healthy.

I like veggies, my supplements are quite large; but I don't have a problem taking pills...I really don't put up with anything other than having to eat less to try and lose weight!!! Have a good day.
