He called twice yesterday to make up for missing 2 days. He had a double session of physical therapy. They are trying now to build up his arm strength.
Still haven't received a decision on our appeal. I will have to call and find out when it was sent out because if we lost, we only have 60 days to file another appeal.
Thank you for your continued support, prayers and thoughts.

I was wondering how his cough was, and how he is feeling. Hopefully, better.
I do hope you win the appeal, but it is good to know that you can appeal again if needed. Sometimes, I think they try to wear people down with the refusals, but you seem to be on top of things, which is good.

He seems to be coughing less; and I think his chest is less congested.

Oh, I hope so. It’s so hard to sleep when a person has a persistent cough. Glad to hear this!

what's wrong with people that you want to keep things
updated & give you a call back on such things & don't?
& they wonder why we have our stress levels go crazy.

It’s too bad that you don’t have 60 days from the receipt of the letter, but 60 days from when they issued it. I swear they want you to get a lawyer the way they’re jerking your chain.

@LindaOHio I wonder if you and he were to write down his 'goals' in point for, just a few of them, and you put them in a sheet protector close to where he can see them daily as a reminder of what he is hoping to achieve. Maybe someone who works there will take note and pitch in to help or at least initiate a conversation with him.

He never makes his wishes known. He has no problem speaking up to me!

Building up your hubbys arm strength sounds like a step in the right direction.
Hope you get an answer to that appeal.
You're always in my thoughts and prayers Linda.
