I made my Fried Rice dish tonight. I brown onions and Register Sausage (kind of like kilbalsa) with 2tblspn of butter. Add Rice A Roni rice and mix it up good with the cooked sausage and onion. Add 2 cups of bioling water and then the seasoning mix. Then sprinkle some frozen carrots and peas...simmer for about 20 minutes...and time to eat. Only have one pot and 2 bowls and a cutting board to clean. LOL My kind of meal! LOL

Less dishes when you cook is always good. I fixed tacos and had bowls with everything to ut on the tacos. A really good meal.

Your fried rice sounds delicious and so easy to make! And love the minimal cleanup after. Enjoy your dinner!

I like those one pot meals. I had a Stouffer's frozen meal -- Swedish Meatballs. Have a good day.
