We had half a galln of milk. And, when it gets that low, George asks me to make a grocery order. Which I did. It looked like we might get rain today, and apparently we did. It was so light I hardly noticed. But, I could smell in the air we had, even if it was a light misting.
Got the groceries inside, put up and now I'm waiting to do George's second tube feed of the day. He knows I need to do four a day, unless otherwise instructed. He's just been difficult about it today. He said he was experiencing pain, so I suggested he get up and go to the bathroom. Given he hadn't tried since the morning, I figured that might be the cause.
He did ask for hot dogs about two hours ago though.

I was going to ask for groceries today but I discovered that today all markets are closed in my country.

Yeah, it did. George would lay on the couch all day if he could. I manage to get him to go a few times a day.

@shaggin We should. We've been living together for twenty years and married for going on nine.

He asked for them twice yesterday. I'll have to make a special grocery run at this rate if he keeps that up. Safe to say I've used half of that 16 count I accidently bought.

It’s so dry and dusty here. Allergies are crazy bad, and harvest will be in full swing in the Midwest very soon. It’s hard to escape the dusty crop haze even if we don’t live in the country.

I can imagine. It's like we never escape the humidity and bugs here in the sunshine state no matter how hard we try.

In my lifetime I have lived in quite a few places, two being Louisiana and Texas. I do have to say, the bugs are horrible in those places, and so, so many mosquitoes! But Florida...there is always something waiting to swarm. And you are correct, so humid.

We often get a light rain too. With this continual drought we've been in we really need more. Sounds like he getting hungry.
