Disappointed with hairdye

The box clearly stated it was the darkest brown and I have been using it for years. This time my hair looked pitch black after I used it and that colour does not suit me. I have taken it up with the suppliers and they are looking into it. I hope I will get a replacement. Have you had any mishaps?

My natural hair is nsot pitich black and so a tinge of brown goes well

Our son put a blond streak in his hair one school holiday time. When school resumed he thought he could just dye it black but the streak turned purple.

I was intersted in knowing what different colours are produced when different colours are combined. I think red and yellow produces orange.

@allknowing Yes what I meant was the box hair dyed in the shops, rather than the professional colors at the salon.

I stopped dying my hair, I never got the right colour that suited me. My hair colour is mixed dark blonde and light brown, the dye made my hair looking "flat".

The dye that I have been using suited me It is only the last batch made my hair look pitc h black. I have taken it up with them and hopefully they will give me a replacement.

@LadyDuck They called me up yesterday and said they were looking into why that has happened. The Pharmacy has provided with all the info they have asked for.

Never. hope that better soon get good suited hairdye. when first time used it before i asked my friends.best suited colour. my friends told me best colour suited .
