Tom had his Hot Wings, and I had Garlic Parmasean, but a different brand of sauce. Tried the Tender brand. It was okay, but no spice to it at all. Might be good on baked chicken, but not really liking it for wings...I like atleast a Little Zip to my sauce. LOL Went to Walmart today, got one of the Newer ECs...They must have fixed the Out Of Bounds problem, as I was back at the Egg section and it never beeped at me. LOL By the way...Walmart went WAY up on their eggs! Did not get them there. Plan on going to Grocery Outlet tomorrow and will see how much there. I refuse to pay $4 for a dozen of Eggs. That is ridiculous! They were only $2 a little over a week ago. Physical Rehab tomorrow.

Eggs is one of the things I haven't had to buy. George hasn't been asking me for them.

Probably a good thing. You need to take out a mortgage to buy them anymore.

@porwest Yeah. It almost feels like a shame that I might need to discard the ones we do have. We bought a bunch before his stroke, because he was eating them a lot. Now, he's not.

@kaylachan I would simply find a way to cook them up and eat them anyway. An egg bake or a quiche might do the trick. I would never throw food away. I will always find a way to use it come hell or high water.

Haven't bought eggs since my husband has been gone. Hope you are able to get them cheaper at Grocery Outlet. I'm glad the electric carts have been fixed. Have a good day.

I really wish egg prices would come down. I am tired of paying even the best price I will pay for them now, and I love eggs. But when they get over $2 a dozen I simply will not fork out for them.

You never get eggs under $5 here, even from a farmside stall.

I like Walmart for a lot of things, but their eggs are ALWAYS more expensive than anyone. Not sure why that it is, but it is true 99.9% of the time.

@Ghostlady It's just gotten ridiculous. They have all sort of excuses, like a million Avian bird flu outbreaks. I'm becoming suspicious. lol

Looked for eggs at Walmart..funny how when the season starts all the stuff you NEED goes up. Eggs WERE. I got 2 weeks ago for $3.85 at Walmart. Monday they were over $4.50. Looked at Grocery Outlet today..they were ALSO over $4 plus you add 10% at the checkout. WOW..WTH happened to eggs? Will check out Piggly Wiggly tomorrow.

Eggs are quite pricey out there. In my country, we usually can have a dozen of them for about $2.16.
