Went to Grocery Outlet with no idea what I wanted to fix for supper. LOL Found babyback ribs on sale, but they were frozen. They had one container of Ground Chuck under 2lbs. Soooo I decided on BBQ Center Cut Pork Chops, and got one of those veggie trays like I had the other day. This one had Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Carrots in it. Added some Mashed taters. The Veggies were good, but it was FULL of Carrots. LOL I love Carrots, but expected a few good size Broccoli and Cauliflower pieces. I had some in the freezer and added them to the pan. And added some butter to it. Have to say I still loved the Veggies...so much better than boiled. Think I might clean the pan they were in and use it again for some veggies I have that need to be steamed. Sounds like a Win Win! LOL
It is sad to get so full you are miserable. LOL
Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Sounds like you whipped up a tasty dinner! BBQ pork chops and veggies are a great combo, even if it was a bit carrot-heavy. I totally get what you mean about being too full—it’s a struggle! Glad you enjoyed. Hope you have a great weekend too!

I know we'll spend it recovering from today's adventure, but I am thankful we did it.
