Berry Cheesecake.

I saw this in one of the oldest hotels here. The hotel closed its doors to the public last July 1, 2024 after almost 50 years of operations. It is a five-star hotel by the bay that oozes with charms especially their big pool by the bay. They also offer buffet meals at the Spiral restaurant and we wanted to know how the dining experience there, so we decided to eat there one time. I saw this cake there. It is a cheesecake full of berries. On the other side, I forgot what kind of fruit was that. We just ate dinner, angel hair pasta in creamy pesto sauce. What did you eat for today?

I think they plan to rebuild it, it is by the bay so the structure might be not that good anymore

This cake is beautiful, Sofitel is a French franchising of luxury hotels.

Yes, I think Accor handles them. It was originally called Philippine plaza hotel

Are you referring to Sofitel? I thought it was just temporary, maybe the pandemic really hits them. Actually my grandma celebrates her birthday there last year.

Yes, Sofitel. It is not a temporary closure. We do not know when will they be open again probably after rebuilding a new building
