If we left bed early we can do walking ans excercise. Morning air is also fresh and we can do yoga and meditation in fresh air.
All work can be streamlined if we wake up early. Daily excercise make us fit and strong in long run.
But it is not possible daily because we go to bed so late in night that waking up eat can be sone only few days in week.

If you focus on when you want to wake up, and not when you go to bed, you could could make the effort to get up in time every morning. Just takes effort.
