Got flu

I don't know why? Few months ago, I had flu vaccination initiated by our company. However, it's been 3-5 days, I do have flu. My wife had cough that almost a week already in pain. I don't know if there's a relation of having a cough and getting a flu. I don't know which got first. As much as I've wanted to go in a hospital to request for a doctor's appointment, I don't have time. My wife can't make herself a doctor's appointment too due to she needs my assistance. I hope that during my rest days, I'll find time to get a doctor's appointment. Hoping for that will happen as soon as possible. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, good night, wherever you are
