In the Emergency room

My daughter has been sick since Friday. She complains with body aches and She is extremelly tired. I took her to the doctor on Monday, he did blood tests to check if it was mononucleosis, it was negative. Yesterday I bought a test to check if it is covid or flu A, both were negative, thank God. She spent the last night with body pain and taking deep breath to gain strength, so I decided to take her to the Emergency room today. The doctor was very attentive, she thinks it is a virus or a reaction to a vaccine to prevent respiratory infections that my daughter is taking. This week she hasn't been to school yet, I hope that this afternoon she will start to improve. Today I'm not going to work, I'm going to stay with her at home. Picture of the test she did at home.

Oh no. I'm sorry to know this. I hope she will feel better soon. Maybe one of the reason was the smoke before from fire.

Thank you, I don't know what is happening and sometimes that is more stressful than knowing exactly what it is.

I am so sorry for your daughter, at least you know it's not Covid or mononucleosis. It is very possible that it is a reaction to the vaccine.

@LadyDuck This year has been quite stressful, we were (me and my daughter) very ill a few months ago and it wasn't easy at all. Today she woke up better, in a better mood and with less pain. Hopefully whatever it is will go away soon.

It is very stressful, my daughter is sick often, sometimes I get into despair. She took this vaccine last year and it went well. I don't know what is happening now

I am so sorry that she is sick. But glad that all the tests are negative. It must be virus. Sending positive thoughts. Hope that she feels better soon. I had high fever and body ache two weeks back. All the tests including dengue was negative. It was such a bad viral.

I really hope it is something simple. She doesn't have a fever, it is weird. Sometimes our body needs more time to fight some vírus. I am glad you are well well now.

I’m glad it isn’t mono or Covid but it sounds really awful whatever it is she picked up. I hope she gets well soon. My husband is sick now as well and my oldest daughter but she doesn’t live here.

I'm sorry to hear this. She was quite ill not so long ago, wasn't she? I hope it's not a recurrence. I guess her natural immunities aren't at their highest.

@nela13 We're trying to avoid crowds as we think Vince could easily pick up covid/flu/virus at the moment. I can't give any advice but rest and healthy food is probably about all you can do. I'm glad your daughter is feeling better.

Thank you, she is better now. She started to cry when I took her to the ER, she told me she didn't want to stay in the hospital again. Thank God it wasn't need this time.
