There is no denial that fast food offers a quick and easy meal option. It serves best for people who do not know to cook or has busy lifestyles.
Since fast food is affordable, many with limited time or financial constraints prefer the same. The immediate access to food at low cost, make it favourite for many poor and middle-class families. In fact, based on some analysis most fast-food chains make money from students, low-income families and busy professionals. For these set of people, fast food is affordable and helps with their lives.
At the same time, fast food tends to be high in fats and sugars and so in calories Over reliance on fast food could be detrimental to long term health. Plus, the nutrition value from fast food is often less compared to home cooked food.
So, is low prices of fast food really helping your positively or negatively?

In most Asian countries, fast food is cheaper compared to a good restaurant meals. Thats , one big business tactic I have seen by fast food chains. It is outrageous in US and Europe. Thanks for sharing!

Well, it has no real impact. It's subject to inflation. So sometimes, it's cheeper to buy food and cook it it then it is to grab fast food. I will get it once a week, maybe as a treat for going shopping. But for the most part.... It's not part of my daily life. Truth is, unless you take the time to research the food you're getting you could be putting unhealthy fats and sugars into your system and not realizing it.

I think anything that is too much is bad. I think we should still schedule are habit in eating out because they have lots of preservatives and other ingredients that is really harmful to body.

Fast food is very expensive here in the US. We can eat a good meal in a sit down restaurant cheaper than at a fast food place.

Guess, thats the reason why they are concentrating on other developing countries and have lower prices for their items compared to a good restaurant. Thanks for sharing!
