yes, we need to exercie, and from the book hat I have read said that if our body always work and then we suddenly stop working, it will get sick easily, because it was immune of working everyday.

Good luck with your plan! Grocery shopping should be more enjoyable compared to laundry cleaning and then you would feel refreshened visiting places outside. A bit of stretching and bit of exercise should help to get you back to earlier times. For me , it has been working on the goals and uncertainties in life. It has never been easy. I should look at the health and well have not been great on that part. Just one more day to see friday and well this week was fast for me . However , it has not been easy working on multiple things. Enjoy the day!

Not a whole lot. I'll be doing a load of laundry tomorrow and take out a bunch of stuff to the curb for pickup.

I am sorry you are pain in the back..I hope you had fun grocery shopping.
My end, I never stop moving mostly..I have to or I will die with all the ailments.
