My new relationship with Kinetic/Windstream is not going well. My internet is not "blazing fast"; and yesterday our landline stopped working. So that means my husband couldn't get in touch with me last night. I tried to get a message to him; but no one at the nurses' station answered the phone.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Hawaiian chicken, rice, peppers and onions (yuck), mixed veggies, mini vanilla cookies
Dessert/Snack - Chocolate chip muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich

My daughter tried that company when she moved to Florida. She gave it 3 months and dumped them, said there was no customer service, if you are already hooked up it takes weeks to get them to come to your home.
Better charge up the cell phone, because you are going to need it if they follow the pattern she had with them.

I am tied to them for a year. Had Windstream back in the days of dial up. They were good back then.

I don't have, or ever want, a landline again if I can help it. I know some people want them or need them, but I cannot have two phones, and can't justify the expense of a landline. One thing nice about just using streaming services only, is that there is no contract. I like that.
I hope you can get the Windstream people to move their butts and get to the root of the problem, soon!

Check your contract. You may be able to get out of it since it doesn't work.
