Thursday Glitches

Is there a solar flare going on? Today is Thursday but it should be renamed Glitch Day. Today, I cannot access PayPal, and my external apps were gone from my bank. I could not pay my rent. My credit card company would not let me pay because I am not human. I had to identify gray, fuzzy mountains in photos. Do things like this only happen to me? Why can't I understand technology? What kind of glitches happen to you?

I'm sorry you're having these problems. We have them from time to time. They can take hours to fix or get around.

@rakski, maybe it is just me. I think I am technologically challenged. What other explanation could there be? Glad it goes smoothly for you!

@Dreamerby The Internet seems to work very well in India, at least myLot friends in India have no trouble. I was surprised when they told me how smoothly it works.

Glitches are known to happen occasionally and they can be very annoying. I hope everything is back to normal by tomorrow,

I called the bank and had the missing external app restored so I could pay a bill. She told me it was a glitch and I called in the middle of it.

@Dreamerby I think I know that mood. I want to get things done but the technology part of it says, "whoa there, Nellie, not so fast.

Sometimes when there is a heatwave or bad weather like a tornado, the internet is not working.

I used to ask my kids but they are adults now and don't have time for my nonsense. I used to ask 8-year-olds in the library how to do something.

@akalinus The youngsters are smart in these matters. For example;its my neighbor's taught me how to run a computer. Before 2007 I did now anything about it.

For two days I haven't been able to log into my banking app. I've had to pay bills blind which is not something I'm fond of doing.

Does your bank usually work the way it should? It is a bad time for glitches because we have bills to pay.

Lol! Funny but frustrating, I think it happens also here in our country specially when its pay day, I think the request online are very heavy that's why the system are mostly down.

I'm sorry you're having these problems. The only main thing I'm dealing with is the incompetence of Kinetic/Windstream...I haven't had my landline for 2 days....and I don't know when service will be restored. Have a good weekend.

Something is weird. My roommate and I lost the internet at the same moment. She works at her home office and I have a desk a few feet away. The internet went off and I can not find the information I was looking at about where to find archived material. Did I break the internet?

Why do they all have to happen at the same time? This morning, our wi-fi connection was unable. It was restored shortly before noontime.

@Dreamerby I agree. It is especially true of the technology assistance people that you have to call on the phone for help with your problem. I remember one who told me she was sorry but it doesn't work. Yeah, I know, that's why I'm calling you. I'm sorry but it doesn't work.
