I had been watching a Youtube creator after I heard about her on Reddit. She had mention that she does workouts by a woman on youtube. I decided to look up the woman she mentioned and I found out the woman does workout programs. Her latest one is called HR4.0. It is a 12 week program. I am cureently doing this one, but I only do it once a week. It's a little tough, but I am really liking it. Her name is Heather Robertson. She has a website too. Here is her Youtube channel:

Yikes, no way..if it isn't gentle exercise like yoga and so forth I am not for it. I did always want to try Zumba though. However, I might quit half way through.

@snowy22315 There is a zumba that is no impact that I do. They speak Spanish, but I still do it anyway. It's called Baileactivo. They are on youtube. The videos are at least 2 to 3 minutes long. Another zumba like I do is RefitRev. They are youtube. Mostly girl team and they are mostly 2 to 3 minutes long.

I don't know if I'll be able to do these workouts right away, but at least I got all it takes: dumbbells, and some videos seem to not require any equipment at all. I wanted to give YouTube videos a try but I've been too lazy searching for good ones. So I was very glad to see your post, thank you very much for sharing! I've just bookmarked Heather's channel.

Good for you for putting in an effort to do a difficult workout. A lot of people would go for the easiest.
